WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bar spoon granulated sugar
  • 4 dashes of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 splash sparkling water
  • 60ml Irish Whiskey
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dissolve the sugar with lemon juice and sparkling water in a mixing glass
  2. Add Irish Whiskey and fill with ice
  3. Stir well
  4. Strain into cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with cherry
